Socially distanced headshots

I did my first socially-distanced headshot session in June, with the lovely Lauren who was seeking something less corporate for her professional channels. We did a half an hour session in the Barbican, always my go to come rain or shine due to its myriad lighting and backdrop options, and as you can see we had great success. I usually start all my shoots with a coffee as you get the best out of a relaxed subject at their ease, but we made it work with a stroll around and a chat. I really enjoy these sessions - and I’ve had a lot of clients used to pretty clinical in-and-out processes with corporate photographers who tell me how much they enjoy them too. Getting your photo taken really does not have to be painful lads.
